The circular of the 43rd Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS) jobs will be published soon. After getting the green signal from Bangladesh Public Service Commission (BPSC), the circular of 43rd BCS is likely to be published by December this year.
The Ministry of Public Administration has been working to organize BCS exams in the general category even though many job exams have been postponed due to coronavirus pandemic. The demand to recruit for the vacant positions in various ministries has already been submitted to the public administration.
Meanwhile, though recruitment in other government jobs has remained postponed, there has been more than one appointment in the health sector. Another special BCS (42nd) is also being organized for the health cadre. The Ministry of Public Administration is working to amend some rules in this regard. In the meantime, work is in full swing to arrange 43rd BCS in the general category.
In this context, Public Administration Secretary Sheikh Yusuf Harun said, necessary activities are underway to take general BCS. He expressed hope that the circular would be published within this year.
According to the Ministry of Public Administration sources, usually, the circular of BCS is published between October and December every year. Considering the COVID-19 situation, the age limit for all government job seekers, except BCS, has been relaxed. So, it is being considered to organize the general BCS exams due time as every year.
